NBA Postseason Max Bets Tournament
Available From April 20th – June 3rd, 2024
This Promotion is limited to Patrons who successfully create an account on the MVGBet® App or online at mvgbet.com and have complied with all the conditions in the respective tournament.
Eligibility:
To participate in the NBA Postseason Max Bets Tournament (the “Sports Betting Tournament” or the “Tournament”), patrons must hold an MVGBet account, deposit funds into their account, and opt-in to the respective tournament via the Tournaments page, so that their bets are counted towards the tournament ranking. Patron must additionally meet all conditions laid forth in this Promotion (e.g. Patrons may not be on any exclusion or self-excluded lists).
To be eligible for a prize, players must score at least 1 point. If that is not the case and even if the winner appears in the ranking, they will not receive a prize.
All players must be 21+ to hold an MVGBet account. Players must be physically located in Ohio to place wagers.
Promotional Period:
The NBA Postseason Max Bets Tournament takes place April 20th – June 3rd, 2024.
General Terms and Conditions:
Registration must take place before the end-time of the tournament to be considered, unless specified otherwise.
Any bet placed before the tournament start date will not qualify for the ranking calculation. Only bets placed after the start of the tournament and settled prior to the end of the tournament will be eligible. Only Winning bets on NBA Postseason Basketball will qualify.
The results of the tournament are determined according to a Max Bets calculation method, formulated as: winnings X legs winning bets.
Only bets that have been graded before the end-date of the tournament will qualify for the ranking. MVGBet cannot be held responsible for delays in grading a bet that prevents said bet from being eligible.
In case of technical errors (including, without limitation: translation error, odds error, etc.) or specific event errors (including, without limitation: abandonment, match interrupted or postponed, etc.), the operator reserves the right to cancel the player’s bets, in whole or in part.
In the event of a tie:
- With a prize pool in play, the distribution of winnings will be recalculated to distribute the latter between the tied players. E.g., a distribution of 50% for the 1st, 30% for the 2nd and 20% for the 3rd. With two players tied for 1st place, the distribution will be as follows (50% + 30%)/2 = 40% for the two 1st-placed players and 20% for the 3rd.
- With prizes in play, ties will be decided according to the order in which points are obtained. The player with the highest score first will be declared the winner. The ticket closing date prevails.
MVGBet reserves the right to cancel a tournament at any time at its own discretion. Prizes will only be awarded if a tournament is upheld. In case of cancellation, wagers that allow participation in tournaments will not be refunded to players, unless mentioned otherwise in the conditions. Qualifying bets for the cancelled tournament will remain action.
MVGBet reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a player’s participation cancelled in case of suspected improper or illegal use of the functionality.
MVGBet reserves the right, at its own discretion, to restrict a tournament to a target group of players and to make it inaccessible to people who have not been invited to participate.
MVGBet reserves the right to modify the general conditions for tournaments at any time.
MVGBet’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Prizes:
Winnings will automatically be paid out to the players at the end of the tournament, according to the following prize structure:
1st Place: 100,000 Coins
2nd Place: 80,000 Coins
3rd Place: 60,000 Coins
4th Place: 50,000 Coins
5th Place: 40,000 Coins
6th Place: 30,000 Coins
7th Place: 20,000 Coins
8th Place: 10,000 Coins
9th Place: 7,500 Coins
10th Place: 5,000 Coins
General Conditions:
MVGBet reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond MVGBet reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by MVGBet in its sole discretion. MVGBet reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. MVGBet failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
