US Open 5th Set Decider Insurance
Place a Single, Pre-match, Money line wager of $10+ on any of the US Open Men’s Quarter Final, Semi-Final, or Final Match. If the selected player loses the match in a 5th set, receive a 50% refund up to a maximum of $20.
This Promotion is limited to Patrons who successfully create an account on the MVGBet® App or online at mvgbet.com and have complied with all the conditions in this offer.
Eligibility:
To participate in the US Open 5th Set Decider Insurance (the “Insurance Promotion” or the “Promotion”), patrons must be a successfully registered MVGBet user, deposit funds into their account, satisfy the relevant wagering requirements, and meet the other conditions of this Promotion (e.g., Patrons may not be on any exclusion or self-excluded lists).

Offer Rules: Terms and Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
US Open 5th Set Decider Insurance – Players who successfully meet all the criteria of this Promotion will receive 50% of their wager refunded as a bonus bet, up to $20, if the patron’s qualifying wager settles as a loss and the selected Tennis Player loses in a 5th set.
Players must place a qualifying wager of $10 or more in real money on the match winner for any of the Quarter Final, Semi-Final, or Final Match. This wager must be a Single, Pre-Match, Money line, Cash wager. If the player’s qualifying wager settles as a loss and your selected player loses in a 5th set, the customer will be refunded a bonus bet in the amount of 50% of their qualifying wager, up to $20.
For example, a patron may place a wager of any qualifying amount (over $10) they wish in real money in association with this offer. However, a maximum of the patron’s first $40 wagered will be refunded as a bonus bet for a maximum $20 Bonus Bet.
2. Promotional Period
This promotion is available September 3rd 10:00am EST – September 8th 11:59pm EST.
3. Eligibility
Patrons must be eligible for an MVGBet account, pass all applicable age and identity verification checks, and make a qualifying real money wager to be eligible for this promotion.
All players must be 21+ to hold an MVGBet account. Players must be physically located in Ohio to place wagers.
Eligible bets must be a Single, Pre-Match, Money line, Cash wager on the match winner for selected events. Eligible wagers must be $10 or greater of real money made during the promotion period. Profit boosts and Odds boosts are not eligible for this promotion. Any wagers that settle as a push are not eligible.
4. Selection Required
No selection is required to participate in this promotion.
5. Claiming the Promotion
After making a wager – patrons who are eligible to receive a refund will see their bonus bet appear in their account up to 72 hours after the completion of the event.
6. Limitations on Participation
This promotion is limited and can only be used once per patron per event.
7. Wagering Requirements
The Bonus bet must be used in full. Example a $10 Bonus Bet cannot be divided into 2 x $5 Bonus Bets. The Bonus Bet is eligible to be used on any sport and type of wager. The Bonus Bet will expire 7 days after it is awarded to the Patrons account if not claimed. The Bonus Bet amount must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. The Bonus Bet stake is not included in any return or winnings.
8. Eligible Sports Bets
Bonus Bets can be used on any sport and wager type.
